If any of your pallets are undeliverable, or if you have missed bookings for full loads, we can help you stay on track with your planned workload. We have a high standard and modern facility with CCTV and 24-hour security, and offer both racked and bulk storage options. Our facility is centrally located in the UK, close to major road networks. In addition to pallets, we also offer container reworking services.

We can rework your pallets into a format of your choice

The Pallet Hotel covers an area of 237,000 sq ft, where we can accommodate single or double size pallets and family part or full loads. Our pallet hotel is open 24/7, so we can receive and dispatch your pallets at any time, and we can store them for as long as you need. The hotel is fully secured with state-of-the-art security cameras and systems, and there is a full-time security team on-site.

Upon arrival, our porters will be available to assist with receiving your requests and checking them in. You can access our portal to make an enquiry or reservation, for further support, our reception desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dedicated customer service team will keep track of every movement your pallets make and will keep you informed about the progress of their stay.

We can rework pallets to meet your specific requirements. We also offer transfers for inbound or onward delivery's using our internal fleet of vans, rigids, and artic lorries. Drivers can park up on-site or stay overnight to minimize unnecessary part or empty running and to maximize backload opportunities.

You can make payments for your booking through your account or with a credit card. Once your booking is confirmed, you can view all the documentation, and invoices through our hotel portal. This will allow you to keep track of the status of your booking. If you have high-value pallets or loads, you can opt for additional insurance. We also offer recommendation credits and bonus vouchers for confirmed reservations.
